Yalitza supports Macrae’s New York recruiters by streamlining administrative processes, providing research assistance, and ensuring the team stays informed on market trends and developments. She plays a key role in enhancing Macrae’s knowledge management systems, helping recruiters access critical insights to support their work.

Before joining Macrae, Yalitza spent over a decade in HR and administrative roles across both the public and private sectors, specializing in employee engagement, compliance, and executive support. From facilitating workshops in NY schools to coaching managers on leadership strategies, she has a strong track record of fostering connection and creating inclusive, efficient workplaces.

Yalitza earned her B.A. from CUNY Hunter College and currently lives in Queens. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time outdoors, hiking year-round, and exploring new foods.
