Suzy is an experienced legal search consultant specialising in placing partners and counsels into leading law firms across London and Europe. With over ten years’ experience working with top ranked UK, US and international firms, Suzy has acquired a deep understanding of the practice areas that dominate the market.

Having been a corporate lawyer herself, Suzy is passionate about helping lawyers find the right opportunities to progress their careers and assisting the law firms she works with in hiring the best talent for their teams. Suzy is well regarded in the market and is known for her diligent and considered approach when running searches and providing advice.

After graduating from the University of Southampton with a degree in Law and Politics, Suzy completed the Legal Practice Course at The University of Law. She went on to train at a top regional law firm, qualifying into the firm's corporate department where she practiced for over two years before pursuing a career in legal recruitment. Prior to joining Macrae, Suzy worked for over ten years at Major, Lindsey & Africa where she successfully led the associate team before transitioning into partner level search.

Suzy is on the board of Women In Law Empowerment Forum (WILEF) and is an avid supporter of diversity. Suzy is also a proponent for raising awareness of mental health within the legal industry. Suzy is currently studying to improve her spoken and written French and Italian.
