Stephanie is a Managing Director in the New York office, where she uses a consultative approach to place partners at leading law firms throughout the New York region. She works in a variety of practice areas and brings in-depth knowledge and understanding of her candidates’ business and personal needs to help them land in the right spot. She seeks to develop strong relationships with candidates as she guides them through the job-search process.

Prior to joining Macrae, Stephanie spent close to four years as a recruiter at Lateral Link. While there, she developed a process of connecting and routinely consulting with candidates even before they decided to enter the market. This approach, which she continues to employ at Macrae, allows her to build personal rapport with candidates, ensure she truly understands them and deftly identify potential moves that align with both their current and future career goals when the time is right.

Stephanie earned her JD from the University of Georgia in 2010. She practiced for several years as a litigator before transitioning to recruiting. In her free time, she enjoys exploring different New York neighborhoods, playing soccer and strolling down the boardwalk at Coney Island.
