Stephanie joined Macrae in 2023 as a Director in New York. She brings over a decade of experience as a practicing attorney, and has worked in both the public and private sectors. Stephanie focuses on identifying and establishing relationships with candidates. She works strategically with attorneys to help assess when and to where a lateral move serves their practice and career goals, while meeting the hiring needs of top law firms.

Prior to joining Macrae, Stephanie worked in private practice as a litigation associate. Before entering private practice, Stephanie served as a Senior Assistant District Attorney at the Kings County District Attorney's Office in Brooklyn, New York, where she prosecuted a wide range of violent felony offenses, financial crimes and misdemeanor offenses. She received her J.D. from Seton Hall University School of Law, where she was Managing Editor of the Seton Hall Journal of Sports & Entertainment Law. She holds a B.A. in English from Colgate University.
