Sara joined Macrae as a Knowledge Manager in 2021 before transitioning to the operations team in 2023, where she focused on improving processes, enhancing operational efficiency, and supporting the firm’s strategic goals. In 2025, she moved into a global knowledge management support role, where she works closely with recruiters across Macrae’s transatlantic offices. She plays a key role in optimizing knowledge-sharing systems, streamlining workflows, and ensuring recruiters have access to critical market insights to support their work.

Before joining the firm, Sara held a variety of administrative roles at Major, Lindsey & Africa, including serving as Senior Administrator for the firm’s partner practice group on the West Coast. Before joining that firm in 2016, she worked in administrative capacities for global companies across several industries. An avid traveler, Sara’s experience also includes a year teaching business English to employees of multinational corporations in Istanbul.

Sara holds a technical degree from American Career College. In her free time, she enjoys playing golf and backpacking in her home state of Colorado.
