Rose is a trusted advisor to partner-level attorneys and practice groups seeking to make strategic lateral moves to top law firms in New York. She brings to her work more than 20 years of experience as a practicing attorney in a variety of settings, relying on her extensive knowledge of the profession and the legal market to help place candidates at law firms where they will thrive in every respect. She also works closely with Am Law 100 law firms to carry out targeted searches.
Rose strives to develop long-term relationships with candidates, with a focus on helping them identify what they enjoy most about their practice, their short- and long-term career goals, and when and why a lateral move might prove advantageous. She aims to make sustainable placements that align each candidate’s unique criteria with the needs of the right law firm. While she enjoys placing candidates in a wide variety of practice areas, as a former litigator and regulatory counsel in the financial services industry she has specific expertise placing candidates in these practice areas.
Rose joined Macrae from Audrey Golden Associates, where she began her recruiting career. Her legal experience prior included serving as in-house senior regulatory and litigation counsel at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse for a combined ten years, running her own firm, and working as a litigation associate at Willkie Farr & Gallagher.
