Luciana joined Macrae in 2023 as an Associate Knowledge Manager. She supports the London Recruiters through research, and the collection and storage of relevant data.

Prior to joining Macrae, Luciana worked as a CIR Document Review Paralegal, where she contributed in the coding and flagging of leaked Personal Identifiable Information as result of cyber-attacks. During her studies at university, she enjoyed being part of the student community. She took part in a variety of student-led societies, such as the Pro Bono Society and the Leicester University Law Society - of which she also joined the committee; and took part to a variety of legal competitions.

Luciana graduated from the University of Leicester in 2022, where she attained a First Class Degree in Law. She enjoys reading books of different genres, ranging from fantasy to philosophy works, and has a real passion for languages! Being a native Italian speaker, she also speaks French, and is currently learning Spanish, German, and Mandarin Chinese.
