Eunice joined Macrae in 2025 as an Associate Knowledge Manager, providing organizational and research support to the firm’s recruiters. She plays a key role in maintaining Macrae’s real-time collective intelligence platform and collaborates with the Knowledge Management team on cross-office initiatives.

Before joining Macrae, Eunice worked as a Data and Research Analyst at The Supply Advisory, where she spent over three years supporting data-driven decision-making. Prior to that, she honed her expertise in human resources development and management while working with several family-owned companies in the Philippines.

Eunice holds a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources and Management from De La Salle University Dasmariñas, where she served as a representative for the Human Resource Development Program Council and Events Committee. Outside of work, Eunice nurtures her creative side through blogging and writing haikus. She is also an avid reader, drawn to gripping thrillers and imaginative fantasy novels.
