Dia Gonzales is a Data Entry Specialist at Macrae, working closely with the research team. Dia ensures the integrity and accuracy of the firm’s data, which is critical to enhancing team performance and supporting Macrae’s recruiters.

Before joining Macrae, Dia worked as a Virtual Administrative Assistant at Rocket Station, where she specialized in research and market analysis for the real estate sector while delivering outstanding customer service. She also spent nearly eight years as a Quality Assurance Analyst in the business process outsourcing industry, focusing on maintaining data accuracy and driving system and process improvements.

Dia holds a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from San Sebastian College in Manila and a Bachelor of Secondary Education from Pangasinan State University.

Outside of work, Dia enjoys playing table tennis, a reflection of her competitive spirit and passion for sports.
