Bryce joined Macrae in 2023 as an Associate Knowledge Manager. He provides organizational and research support to recruiters in the firm’s London office. He also assists in the maintenance of the firm’s real-time collective intelligence platform as well as collaborates on cross-office projects.

Prior to joining Macrae, Bryce worked as a Quality Trainer at venture-backed startup Grabango, where he contributed to the testing and building of the company’s computer vision technology. In 2015, when he was in high school, he founded Adaptive Unlimited Sports (AUS), a non-profit organization that partnered with the Special Olympics and USTA to hold events to showcase the skills of tennis players with disabilities in the San Francisco Bay Area. He represented the organization during the 2017 Youth Assembly at the United Nations in New York City.

Bryce graduated from Syracuse University with a BA in Political Science and a minor in English. During his time there he wrote an adventure novella entitled Becoming Norman Whitaker, the publication of which is forthcoming. Along with his passion for writing, he enjoys spending his free time playing tennis and traveling.
