Bozuma joined Macrae in 2022 as a Knowledge Manager in Washington, D.C. Drawing on a decade of legal industry experience, she provides wide-ranging support to D.C. recruiters, collaborate on cross-market projects and assist in the maintenance of Macrae’s real-time collective intelligence platform.

Prior to joining Macrae, Bozuma worked at Faegre Drinker and WilmerHale in administrative and project management positions. At Faegre Drinker she was responsible for drafting legal business formation documents, helping clients set up tax-exempt and nonprofit organizations, and performing a variety of research-oriented tasks. Her work at WilmerHale entailed assisting a team of 40 associates in calculating settlement estimates for one of the largest antitrust cases in U.S. history and supporting litigators in their day-to-day work. Her previous experience as a legal research associate at Thomson Reuters helped prepare her for these roles.

Bozuma graduated from Cornell University with a B.A. in Psychology and a minor in Pre-Law and Society. Outside of the office, she enjoys taking advantage of all the nation’s capital has to offer from visiting Smithsonian museums to trying out new restaurants and, as an avid reader, sharing book reviews on her social media page The Journey of My Books.
